Hatha Blend
Hatha derives from the two Sanskrit words for Sun and Moon and roughly equates to balance. Hatha yoga involves uniting the positive (sun) energies with the negative (moon) energies in the body. This seemed a perfect synergy for our signature massage oil. A calming, soothing, head-clearing blend that leaves you feeling refreshed. Depending on your mood it can have mild euphoric or sensual effects! A secret blend of Bergamot, Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Marjoram and Peppermint. Don't try mixing this at home!

Unscented Massage Oil: Vitis vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Cocus nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Oil.
Hatha Blend, in addition to the ingredients above: Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Lavender, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Marjoram & Peppermint oils.

Dispense two or three pumps into the palms of your hands and rub them together. Massage into the skin, using long, firm strokes to distribute the oil evenly.
